30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the design service you received, you may request a full refund of the amount paid for that service within 30 calendar days of the final design delivery date.
To request a refund, contact us at business@topshelfready.com and include:
- Your name and order number
- The service purchased
- A brief explanation of the issue
- Any relevant files or screenshots
We may first offer to correct the issue or revise the design. However, accepting additional revisions is not required before requesting a refund under our 30-day guarantee.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
Eligibility for the Guarantee
The 30-day guarantee applies to payments made directly to TopShelfReady.com for eligible design services.
A refund request must:
- Be submitted within 30 calendar days of final delivery
- Relate to the original service and agreed project scope
- Be made by the person or business that placed the order
- Be submitted before the refunded designs are published, distributed, sold, uploaded to Amazon, or otherwise used after the refund request
The guarantee applies to the amount paid for the affected service. When an order contains several separately priced services or add-ons, a refund may apply only to the affected service unless the entire order is covered by the request.
Effect of a Refund
When a full refund is issued:
- The licence and permission to use the refunded designs immediately end
- You must stop using, publishing, uploading, distributing, reproducing, or modifying the refunded work
- You must remove the refunded designs from Amazon, advertising campaigns, websites, social media, sales pages, and other platforms
- Ownership of all concepts, drafts, source files, and final designs remains with or returns to TopShelfReady.com
Receiving a refund does not allow you to continue using the delivered work.
Cancellations Before Delivery
You may request cancellation at any time before the project has been completed.
Unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise:
- Orders cancelled before work begins are eligible for a full refund
- Orders cancelled after work has begun remain covered by our 30-day guarantee
- Completed work already supplied to the customer may not be used after a refund has been issued
Revisions and Changes to the Project
Revisions included with your package apply only to the original project brief and agreed design direction.
The following may be treated as a new project or an additional paid service:
- A completely different design concept after the original concept has been approved
- Changes to the book title, subtitle, author name, dimensions, format, or product after design work has been completed
- New content or replacement material supplied after delivery
- Requests outside the original package or project description
- Additional versions, languages, formats, or design sizes not included in the original order
Additional work ordered after the original purchase may have its own 30-day guarantee period beginning on the date that additional work is delivered.
Customer-Supplied Materials
You are responsible for supplying accurate and legally usable materials, including text, images, logos, manuscripts, product information, book dimensions, templates, and brand assets.
TopShelfReady.com is not responsible for problems caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer
- Spelling, grammar, or factual errors in customer-provided text
- Incorrect book dimensions, page counts, bleed specifications, or templates supplied by the customer
- Copyright, trademark, licensing, or ownership issues involving customer-supplied materials
- Changes made by the customer or another designer after delivery
- Platform requirements or policies that changed after the design was delivered
We may correct customer-supplied errors as a revision or additional paid service, depending on the extent of the requested changes.
Amazon Approval and Sales Results
Our services are intended to create professional designs suitable for Amazon and related publishing platforms. However, TopShelfReady.com does not control Amazon, Kindle Direct Publishing, Author Central, ACX, or any other third-party platform.
We cannot guarantee:
- Approval or acceptance by Amazon or another platform
- A specific publication date
- Increased sales, rankings, clicks, reviews, or conversion rates
- Continued acceptance if a platform changes its technical or content policies
- Acceptance of content that violates a platform’s rules
A platform rejection does not automatically mean that the design service was defective. When a rejection is caused by a correctable design issue within the original project scope, we will make reasonable corrections.
Delivery Times
Estimated turnaround times begin after we have received:
- Full payment
- All required files and information
- A complete project brief
- Any required dimensions, templates, manuscripts, covers, or brand assets
Delivery estimates may be extended when information is missing, the customer requests changes, or delays occur because of circumstances outside our reasonable control.
EU and UK Consumer Withdrawal Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
Consumers purchasing services online may have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after the contract is concluded.
When you expressly request that we begin work during the statutory withdrawal period:
- You acknowledge that work may begin immediately
- If you withdraw before the service has been fully completed, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for work already performed, where permitted by law
- Once the service has been fully performed, your statutory withdrawal right may end if you previously provided the required express consent and acknowledgement
These statutory rights are separate from our voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee. Our voluntary guarantee may therefore continue to apply even after the statutory withdrawal period has ended.
Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved, it will be submitted to the original payment method.
Most refunds appear within 5–10 business days, although the exact processing time depends on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
TopShelfReady.com is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or financial institutions.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Please contact us before opening a payment dispute or chargeback so that we have an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Submitting a fraudulent chargeback, continuing to use refunded work, or falsely claiming that an authorised purchase was unauthorised may result in the termination of your licence to use all related work and further action where legally permitted.
This provision does not prevent you from exercising any lawful rights through your bank, payment provider, or consumer-protection authority.
